Efficient staff, stunningly beautiful views across the town, everything is really good

The place is recently renovated, we did not want to leave there!

Nothing to complain about, we totally recommend staying here. Fairly clean hotel, hot breakfast, the location is absolutely perfect right by the city center and the historic city, restaurant great and a hill in Castelo Branco.

I greatly enjoyed this enchanting and absolutely great place, stayed there for 3 nights. The location was marvellous and brilliant, at a medium distance from a long-standing museum. This hotel was in a lovely area right by a hill, a couple of miles as well as restaurant at breakfast. The service was attentive, including a simple check-in. Plus, I was able to leave car at free parking. It was fantastic time in Castelo Branco.

The units were great modern with view. Plus, the location is glorious and incredible, minutes from an extraordinary museum.

The modern room has a great view, the staff are friendly and helpful, and it's conveniently located near the city center, with a beautiful overlook of the town, mountains.

My stay at the hotel was absolutely perfect. The staff at Melia was excellent from the moment I arrived. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything I needed. The view of the city from the hotel was breathtaking. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of tasty choices. The hotel also had great amenities, such as a nice pool and fitness center. I had a brilliant experience and would highly recommend staying at this hotel.

The Hotel was great. We are a family of four with two teenagers. The pool and leisure facilities are good. It is easy to find as it dominates the surrounding with its position on top of the hill. The view both day and night is superb. The hotel is very open and has lots of space. The rooms are large and the whole place is looked after very well. The staff were very helpful. Great value for money.!

There were no hot drink facilities in the room.

The meals in the hotel are at a reasonable price.

Superb breakfast buffet with tasty choices. Large health and fitness center in the basement with many training devices, sauna, and indoor pool. A must-visit hotel.

The room was big and comfortable, breakfast was very good. Views from the room and the breakfast room were excellent. Staff was very friendly.

Amazing, unbeatable location in Castelo Branco, close to the Castelo and the hill next to the old castle. For tea or coffee visit Casa da Se nearby.

This place is conveniently located near the town center and a great restaurant, offering a nice variety of fresh breakfast options like bread, cereal, pastries, and eggs.

I ate at a pretty good restaurant with attentive service and good food.
